I fact dyndns clients are supposed to be run on endpoint hosts as well as on routers (e.g. you do not have access to router).
HomeLYnk does not contain package for these services nor web configuration for them so it is not exactly question for community but for PM.
Anyway IMHO this functionality is not ment directly for homeLYnk but it is better to run some ddns client on router behind which the device is hidden like Daniel wrote.
