You just need to use the attached script example and to place it into a scheduled script (just as an example).

Adapt the areas which are marked in three different colours. Yellow = Can be adapted. Red = MUST be adapted. Green = section which needs to be copied/deleted in case more/less entries are needed.
Attached you will find the sample script, a pdf with an overview of fields to adapt. A picture to make sure that you have the correct code to sent the email in the right way.
