Hi,

I have set the parameter jump automaticly to alertpage on new alert.

It dosen´t jump to alert page on new alerts. We tried a few diffrent scripts

and chose the alerts in alert settings.

Hi Martin,

Have you added the alert manager to a plan by a frame and checked this option on the frame settings? Persistent:Do not unload when hidden

You can use this url to add the manager in a frame: /apps/data/alerts

It works fine. I haven´t seen this parameter before.
