Access to spacelynk without password

we often have to take over installations in which the former integrator left no backup, no password, and for which it could be very expensive to offer to redo the complete visualization.
So is there a way to access a controller without doing a hard or soft reset?

the simple answer is "NO".
We as SE are not allowed to have any hidden or secret access to help in such kind of situations.
