ETP-10 Scheduling Edit Event Issue

Seems we have an issue with ETP-10 and the NAC scheduler page.

From the ETP-10 we are unable to select the event edit button.

The delete event, add event and scheduler edit button works.

The same project open in a iPhone or pc works correctly...

We thought that this was a frame issue but loading the scheduler page directly gives the same error.

Project was loaded with 1.12, have updated to 1.14 same result.

Tested from a second NAC and ETP-10 and have the same issue.

Factory reset and added a test group and results in the same issue.

I also had this same issue, sent to Schneider tech support, they have replicated it and it is with engineering at the moment….

Not update yet, it’s totally cooked aye, SE tech support have confirmed and reproduced the issue and have pushed it to engineering.

No one at SE can tell me how long this might take to fix… they have suggested I can go to an older  firmware version but that’s not going to work for me as I built the project in 1.14 to utilise the enable/disable schedule by enable control I doubt they will pay me to re-write the project…

I haven’t tried to see if the issue exists with the AC2 controller, that may be faster to swap the controller than to wait for Schneider to issue a fix…

totally frustrating that there no communication on this, meanwhile it’s not going to take long for my customer to flip their lid…. 

So I guess I’ll deal with that when it occurs….

I have tested this on other touch panels and works correctly. so it just the ETP-10 that has the issue.

This Cause for this issue has been identified and is in relation to the improvements made to schedule edit for users,  in 1:14:0 firmware release 

A fix for this issue in firmware has been found and validated,  the issue will not require any update to the ETP10 and only a update to the Automation Controllers Firmware when it is released.  We do not have exact ETA for firmware release at this time,  we will update with the ETA as soon as we Can
