Frequency Converter P’Drive mxPRO 4V500 facing E37 fault
Fault E37 “Safe Standstill” on P’Drive mxPRO 4V500
Hello,
I am having an issue with my drive P’Drive mxPRO 4V500. The fault E37 – Safe Standstill appears immediately after the RUN command is given. The modulation starts, the motor begins magnetization, and then the drive trips with fault E37.
Fault description: “There is a fault in the area of the internal monitoring for the function ‘Safe Standstill’ (PWR).”
Could you please advise what could cause this issue and how to troubleshoot or clear it? The documentation description is not clear about the specific corrective actions or diagnostic steps.
