Visual Studio 2017 and SmartConnector

In case any of you were wondering if they could upgrade to the recently released Visual Studio 2017 ​and still safely develop SmartConnector Extensions, we've done some preliminary work on this.  Early results are quite good and SmartConnector 2.3 development will be done with Visual Studio 2017.

On a side note. If you have any projects or have done development with dotnet "core" in VS2015 and are migrating those projects to VS2017, be prepared for a little work.  But that's a story for a different forum.
