SmartConnector Service wont run after installing EBO-OPC plug-in

Greetings community , 

I succefully installed SmartConnector service and I launch  it service , and installed the required license , then I tried to integrate it with EBO-OPC plug-in for API connection from EBO to 3rd Party app , the problem is after the installation of the plug in , the service of SmartConnector wont launch afterward , the following is images that shows the error ,the first image shows the service error , the second image shows EBO-OPC licensed and installed on the SmartConnector .

What is in the log file? -> C:\ProgramData\SmartConnector\Logs

Usually there is a reference (.dll) missing or a version conflict, the logs would help you finding the root cause

the log is almost 4000 lines , can I share it here with you , or is there any way ?

What version framework have you installed?

I’m not familiar with the OPC extension but from the logs it looks like it is built on 2.4.1 have you checked the documentation of the extension if there is a requirement on the framework version?
