I can't see your images, but could you look if there is any output in %ProgramData%\SmartConnector\Logs and upload the log here?

The files you attached are not the log files but the configuration files.
The log files are here and look like this:
When you try to start the service the program output should end up there.

Looking at your logs, it looks like the connection to your SQL Server is misconfigured. Please make sure the username and password you are using are correctly configured in your SQL Server.
