Smart Connector 2.4.17 Released

Hi All,

Smart Connector version 2.4.17 has been released and is now available on www.smartconnectorserver.com and MyGet for download.

One of the changes that is now active, is that Smart Connector will now run as a 64-bit process on 64-bit machines. Previously it only ran as a 32-bit process. While in the vast majority of cases, this is a welcome change, there is a possibility that Smart Connector extensions that interacted with old 32-bit only dlls will no longer work.

To work around this issue if you come across it, a 32-bit only version of the Smart Connector service executable has been uploaded to Smart Connector Server (for the example of this release it is at https://www.smartconnectorserver.com/DownloadCenter/Contents/mongoose/v2.4/32-bit%20Only). You will simply need to replace Mongoose.Service.exe in your installed Smart Connector directory with this file. For more information about this, please view the ReadMe.txt file that is alongside these files on Smart Connector Server.
