Ecostruxure Web Service (EWS)

We have implemented EWS on a site to connect EBO to another system, and it is working exceptionally well. Now, we are trying to understand the number at the start of each EWS ID.

Typically, they are 01, 11, and 21, but we can't find any documentation to determine what this actually relates to.
