Hi everyone,

I have EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert 2020 installed in my data center infrastructure. I’m encountering an issue where I can monitor real-time data but cannot retrieve historical data. Upon checking, I found that the ION Log Subsystem service is not running. I attempted to start it, but it returned an error and remains inactive. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
