Hi,

I got this system alarm:

System alarm: detected HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Http_Client_Error: 404 : Device offline [9]

Can anyone explain the meaning?

Hi Michael,

Is there any more context with this alarm when you log into EBO and see it. (e.g. it's source etc..).

It is hard to tell from just this error what it is referring to.

Hi Michael,

It looks as though you have a connected to a EWS Endpoint in your EBO system, and the endpoint configured in that is not valid.

I would go see if you can find the object '/Server 1/EcoStruxure Web Service' and see if it is online.
