I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently facing a compatibility issue with the Schneider-Electric SmartConnector application on my Evo laptop, and I'm seeking some assistance and insights from fellow community members who might have encountered a similar problem.
Issue Description:
I recently acquired an Evo laptop and installed the Schneider-Electric SmartConnector application to monitor and manage my devices efficiently. However, I've been experiencing some compatibility issues that are causing me a bit of frustration. Here are the main problems I've encountered:
Installation Errors: During the installation process, I encountered some errors, and the application failed to install correctly. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, but the issue persists.
Performance Problems: Even when I manage to get the SmartConnector installed, I notice that it doesn't run smoothly on my Evo laptop. The application often lags, freezes, or crashes unexpectedly.

Operating System: Window 11
I've reached out to the Schneider-Electric support team, but I wanted to see if any community members have encountered a similar issue and found a resolution.

I am by no means a expert on Smart Connector. I saw in the latest install documentation I found SmartConnector Installation and Configuration Guide that Windows 11 is not a supported OS. Maybe possible to run in compatibility mode. Just an idea.
