We have a client that wants us to change the service account SmartConnector service logs on with.
When i try to change the account and start the service it doesnt want to start. i added the same account to SQL but this also doesnt help. Is there anything i am missing?
Your advice would be appreciated
Can you attach the log from Smart Connector. here? If the service cannot start, it usually gives some indiciation as to why.
