I have a small .NET app which uses the REST interface in SmartConnector to get alarms and pass them on.
I'm having trouble to get the alarms and events from AS, even when "Search In Subservers" is set to true i only get alarms that are stored in the ES. Is this a limitation or am I using it wrong?
Nothing from AS when i try the swagger ui either.

Hi,
Looks like a path permission issue, when you log into the ES directly with same credentials can you browse the AS-p's?
A mistake that is made a lot in latest versions of EBO is that the permissions are added by the "+" icon (add) and not by "tree" icon (add system), the difference is that adding by "+" adds the ES and not the underlying system servers.

Erwin

Edit: didn't see your message there, yeah, you were fully correct. The Path to the ES was added with the + and not the tree icon. now it times out because of all the alarms 😎
