Alarm from SmartConnector DB to EBO

Hello to all,

I am trying to activate the allarms in EBO trought the SmartConnector methods "ActivateAlarmItem" or "ModifyAlarmItemState" (see Attachment "AlarmClass").

But I have the following error:

• "An entity object cannot be referenced by multiple instances of IEntityChangeTracker.."
• "the method or operation you are performing is not allowed.."

Do you have a working example with alarms?

Hi Michele, Can you check out a similar request (Check out 'Alarm transfer to EBO from SmartConnector DB using the EWS Server' in Exchange Community) in this forum to see if you can get your answer from that. If not we can look into it.
