Airport Operational Data Base (AODB) integration with EBO

Hello community, there is a need to develop an AODB (Airport Operational Data Base) interface to integrate information about boarding gates occupancy times (scheduled flight hours) into EBO to control and monitor air condition systems for these areas. 

The airport has an Enterpise Server Bus that uses SOAP that sends queued messages for each new schedule, change or cancellation, this information needs to be condensed into a single XML an be transferred to EBO. 

Is there any integration experience between an AODB and EBO somewhere?
