APC Smart Portal all of a sudden says new UPS "lost communication" and I don't know why
JUST installed a brand new APC Smart 1500C yesterday afternoon. Connected to Smart APC Portal, bought advanced license and setup outlet control - life was good. Today I get an email that it lost communication late last night and it hasn't re-connected. Checking my firewall onsite, I see it still plugged into my switch, same IP, packets going back and forth with no blocks.. What happened and how can I remotely (if possible) fix this issue?
