Matter - Wiser Home

Anyone know if the CCTFR6311 hub is going to get matter support? I have moved into a new build with this hub just installed, it would be annoying to have to replace it immediately. No idea if this is considered a "legacy" device, I think it's still being sold.

It is normally compatible but the Hub need to be connected to Cloud through your local Wifi network to download/install some updates.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

The hub (CCTFR6311) is on the WiFi (and has been for months) and I can access it via the cloud OK so it should be able to collect updates.

The firmware is on 3.18.3 at the moment but have no idea if that's the latest and can't see any way to force an update.

I'm expecting Matter to appear in the Account/Apps and Connections area alongside Alexa and Google assistant, but nothing so far.

I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.

I'm sorry but i shared with you a wrong answer.

In fact, your hub is not compatible with matter and no upgrade is scheduled to be compliant with.

In a next future, a new compatible hub will be proposed on the UK market.

OK - thanks. I've had some success using Home Assistant with it instead.
