C Bus WSiser2_5918 Installation
Dear Sir,
We are facing problem with C Bus Wiser2_5918 installation, Customer has set up static ip in Router. Bust unable to remote access C Bus thru Laptop or Android Mobile. We have set up port forwarding in PICED as well as in Router. Also installed and configured Wiser App in Android mobile. On trying to access it shown Adobe Flash Player emblem and stops there.
However it is working fine within the customer premise thru WiFi.
Customer needs remote aceess either thru Laptop and/or Android Mobile.
