Broadband sent wiser haywire
Hello
we moved into a property where wiser is fitted and has worked without issue.
when we had broadband connected this seemed to send the heating crazy - in essence is basically always on. The only control was to switch it off at the boiler.
today, we have uninstalled the app and reconnected more than once - still the heating is on.
we reset all the schedules so that they heating would switch on at 1700 - but despite the schedule the heating remained on.
However, we have just noticed that it has switched off at 1700, the time it was due to switch on.
we are confident all the issues began when we had broadband connected.
app is connected to the HubR, we can switch water and heating on/off. No fancy radiator valves, previous owner has deleted his account, re set the thermostat more than once, deleted and reinstalled rooms etc.
we have been in contact with customer service but the replies are infrequent and slow.
any thoughts/ideas that are ‘layman’ friendly please do share!
