Hi Wiser,
I have a room which contains 3 radiator thermostats and a room thermostat.
When one of the radiator thermostats has a low battery, I need to check via LED identification which one it is, with all of them just showing the room name. Would it possible to add a function to the app allowing a custom label/nickname for a device? Then I could clearly see which device I need to check (as the LED identification is not working 100% - different topic).

Thanks @volker81k & @DrJohnM for sharing your system improvement.
You are right today the solution is to use the identification button in the device settings to well identify the product.
Nevertheless, i will share that idea with the team to take into account it for the future releases.

Me2 - in fact, it would not even need the addition of a label or nickname. Even listing them as Room Thermostat 1, 2, 3 would allow for a number to be added to the iTRV with a sticky label or even a spreadsheet/note with the radiator number and a description (eg, “Lounge Radiator Thermostat 1 - Next to TV”), so this should be relatively easy to be implemented.
I have the added issue that I cannot see the indicators of all radiators in a “room” at the same time, so having to use the identify function can turn into a rather frustrating game of hide and seek.
