My wiser installation was having an issue, the components all disappeared so my home seemed empty. When I tried to readd the components I got errors logging in.,
So in the end I decided to set up the system from scratch.
Support deleted the account, I recreated it and was able to set up the hub and add a thermostat.
I had some issue doing this that the hubs wifi didn’t always appear when the green light was flashing, but in the end I managed it.
All seemed fine, but then after a few hours I noticed that the hub had a flashing red light, which apparently means it can’t connect to wifi. The wifi hasn’t changed and all other devices (like ipad, phones, laptops, netatmo, philips hue) are all connected fine.
Has anyone else seen this problem? What could the solution be??

Hello @rwski how are you doing? 😊
More than a Wifi extender or repeater, you should also be aware that our smart plugs are repeating the signal, so it is useful, you can monitor a new device like a lamp for instance, AND repeating the wifi 🤗
Have a nice day,

Hello, My English is not very good.
So I use a translator.
In the "Wiser Home application", look in Settings --- Equipments
The strength of the wifi signal received by the Hub must be indicated.
If the Hub is too far (or if there are obstacles) from your wifi router (or wifi box), the signal may be too weak. You should then use a wifi repeater

I don't think this will solve the problem.
This is a Wifi problem (to access the internet)
The Wiser smart plug does not repeat the wifi signal, but the Zigbee signal (to communicate with Wiser devices)
I think...
