PowerLogic T500 - using 300+ IEC 104 slave devices (windfarm)

Dear Experts,

We have received a new query from a wind power plant where multiple slave devices are communicating using the T104 protocol.

We would like to know:
Can the T500 RTU be configured as a T104 Master to connect with over 300 T104 Slave devices?

Your guidance and suggestions on this would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Sakthivel.C

Up to now, I guess it could not be possible. As far as I know, T500 has this capabilities compare to saitel RTU.

Hello @Sakthivel.C

As Thiago wrote, we do not see any drawback right now because there is no limitation in terms of maximum number of slaves supported: only the number of datapoints added to the database, and the way you configure the system, will determine the real limits.
