Hi - just installed SFT2841 on a new W11 Laptop - and when using the RS232 converter cable (round DIN lead) - the laptop doesn't recognise the drivers in Device Manager.
Any idea where to download them? Device Manager recognises it as "TSX C USB 232".
Thanks,
Wayne.

Hello,
Could you disable the device in the Device Manager
Unplug the TSXCUSB232 converter
And Plug it back.
The device should appear in the Ports (COM and LPT) section of the Device Manager
Best regards
