Hello @sesa197124_brid,

Please find one part of user manual attached which includes the sensor pairing in chapter 'Pairing of sensors', the process is described in detailed I think. Please let me know if you have more questions.

Could I confirm if the sensors can be re-allocated from P5 to another P5 simply by copying its RFID inside the configuration file ? similar to the old ZBRN where you could copy its line of code inside the csv file..

Hello @wasabi,

No, simply copying RFID can not restore the Zigbee connection from P5 A to P5 B. Please refer to P5 user manual and search "PowerLogic P5 is replaced" for the detailed solution.

Hello @Igormugnos,

Is the issue solved? If not, can you provide more details?  Which operation did you do prior to this abnormal status?

Hello @wasabi,

Please refer to description from manual as below. The RJ45 on EXR is not used for Modbus TCP/DNP3 TCP/IEC61850/etc, but IRIG-B/CLIO/RTD/ZigBee communication.
