Hi,
We found the event codes "87E03" & "87E04" in P3U30's event buffer but cannot understand what is that meaning. I tried to found the meaning of the two event codes in user manual guide but failed.
Is there has event codes list of P3 can be checked?
Can the event code's meaning be read by SCADA system?
Thank you.

Hi Allen,
Good day .
This details can be found in the protocol mapping. Here I have attached the Event codes for your reference.
At the same time , if you have connected the relay to Easergy pro tool under "Logs" --> "Event buffer" you can see the generated event and its Descriptions with time stamp.
Hope this helps you .

Hi All,
Need your advice on the issue that we faced recently at the site on SAT time.
We are facing a problem with relay P3U30 protection function sync- check to hold the status “sync not OK” after 2 network electrical sources become synced.
Attached are the report findings & the relay file.
TQ

Good day @ShahAizat!
Your difficulty on getting the “sync OK” status is probably due to the "sync mode" considered on your configuration, as image attached:
According to manual (attached):
In the “Sync” mode, the circuit breaker closing is aimed at the moment of zero
phase difference. Therefore, the close command is advanced by the time defined
by the CB close time setting. In the “Async” mode, the circuit breaker closing is
aimed at the moment when the synchronism conditions are met, that is, when the
phase difference is within the given phase difference limit.
The problem is that during tests (OMICRON or real systems) I found very hard to get the "sync" conditions (best scenario), and since "async" close window is within the safe conditions for the breaker (configured deltas) I changed my settings to "async".
Hope it helps!
Best Regards

Hi UIRE,
Thanks for sharing. Great to hear that you have faced the same issue as me. I will simulate again & test by using the 'Async' mode.
