P241 data model for Easergy Studio

Dear Experts,

a customer is facing an issue to connect a P241 with Easergy Studio V9.3.6.

The error message says the data model file is not present.

The use of Data Model Manager does not help.

any idea on where to find the model ?

Thanks,

  Mathieu.

Hello Mathieu,

maybe try to check first if data model is really installed. It should be visible in the DMM. Apart of that probably quickest way is to go trough CCC with such questions.

Thanks for you answers.

They have used DMM with no success.

It finally turns out to be linked to the reference/cortec : most probably they have the modbus protocol, but not the "Courier" required by their use of Easergy Studio.

so that cortec code is one key, and CCC the other.

    Mathieu.
