MicroLogic 6.0 X erroneous trips
We have a Micrologic 6.0 X in a MTZ2-32H3 3200 amps. This is a 480V CAT rental generator. We had a customer that was getting erroneous ground fault trips every 3 to 4 closures of the breaker. They were stepping up 12kv with about 1.8mega watt bulk load. This machine was trying to be used at a hospital unfortunately we had to send another unit. Going through the settings every thing is turn up to the maxes and it was still happening.
Is there anything that can be done?
Also is there a way to testthe ground fault safely on 3ph
