Issues Connecting to Px30 relays with Windows 11
My company has recently been transitioning to Windows 11 laptops. When attempting to connect to our Px30 relays with Easergy studios I have been encountering issues. With the newer models, when connecting via the front USB port all connections fail. Easergy studio returns with a "Cannot read data from device" error.
With the older models I am able to connect using a 9 pin serial cable. I am also able to extract settings but cannot extract disturbance records. After hitting save to download the record it is permanently stuck on the download screen. I have had it connected for over an hour but it never finishes.
Has anyone else had issues with connecting with Windows 11 computers?
