Issue with connection VAMP321 can't detect VAM10L modules

Hello.

I want to connect VAMP321 with VAM10L. I'm using for this the VX001 cable to connect but the COM led is constantly off and the spanner LED is on on the VAM10L even after trying to install arc I/O sensors from vampset. So the VAMP 321 can't detect any VAM10L modules.

Did anyone experience the same as me? anyadvice ?

Thank you.

Hi Mohamed,

As we talked last week could you please send these I/O sensors for TEX analysis?

Please keep me posted about it.

Thanks,
