Hello,
I have an issue regarding the Easergy P3U30 Protection relay. I have adjusted it to have a second-stage Earth Fault event (Io>>). After adding said event, it prompted me to restart now or restart when the device is not working, I chose to restart when the device is not working. After writing the event, it is stuck on a screen saying "RESTARTING" with no response from any of the front panel buttons. Connecting the relay to my computer shows no issue with the relay, even though that screen is still stuck on "RESTARTING". I am asking if anyone has gone through this issue and if there is a fix for it.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Dear all,
From the description, it looks like a firmware problem. I strongly suggest to contact Schneider technical support team for this problem.
Please raise a ticket in below link, and please do attach the new/latest(not backup) configuration file of this relay for further confirmation.

By the way, there is possibility that the technical support may request for the firmware upgrade to the relay.
Best regards,
Frank
