Which Easergy relays can be used to achieve Bus Side Under Voltage (27M), Residual Under Voltage (27R), and Source Side Undervoltage (27S) among ANSI protection components?

I am not sure whether I got your question correctly. Are you asking whether Easergy P3 can be used to measure three voltage sources simultaneously? 

Yes, it can with a little trick and very limited fashion. Only single phase measurement is possible then.
