Problem solved. In my case the "c:\00data\admin\My Documents" folder is inaccessible due to company restrictions and therefore needs to be updated to a folder that is accessible.
Open explorer, right click on "My Documents" folder and select "Properties" then select "Location" tab and change to a folder that is accessible according to your account priveledges. Could then open EcoDial.

I have the same problem, where the following exception was logged.
2023-01-18 20:25:42,507 [1] FATAL SchneiderElectric.CustomerSoftware.SRP.CompositeApplication.App - System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Toegang tot het pad c:\00data\admin\My Documents\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial is geweigerd.
Is there a way to change the path in one of the XML config files? Our system doesn't allow a user to make use of the admin folder and therefore Ecodial will never work on our companies network.
