here is an interesting question from @Widiyatmoko about IEC6100-3-12 & IEEE519:
"what is the difference between IEC 61000-3-12 and IEEE519?
Initially, I have the impression that IEC 61000-3-12 is observing a THDI of 5%."

Dear Julien,
I saw the question from @Widiyatmoko about the difference between IEC 61000-3-12 and IEEE 519 and here is a first answer in a few words.
IEC 61000-3-12 is a standard to be used to assess a product in laboratory conditions whereas IEEE 519 is providing recommended maximum voltage distortion values for a complete installation with measurements to be made at the PCC (Point of Common Coupling) where the installation is connected to the mains.
IEC 61000-3-12 is providing current limits for products having a rated current between 16 A & 75 A per phase and can be completed by the IEC 61000-3-2 for products rated below 16 A.
IEEE 519 is the North American recommendation for harmonic control in electrical power systems. It is commonly used in USA but also in other parts of the world (APAC, Europe).

Yes, this question ask by Widiyatmoko's customer who ask about the VFD c/w Active Harmonic Filter who complying with IEC 61000.
The offer proposed is ATV 212 which used Standard IEC 61000-3-12 (see the picture from Catalog).
Then the customer ask as written by Widiyatmoko :
