Hi!
I'm troubleshooting communication errors on a freshly delivered Substation project. Before going in to detail I would love to know if anyone knows how GOOSE affects other protocols? We're using a few different depending on hardware and I'm not sure what effect GOOSE has on them?
The protocols are:
RSTP (redundancy protocol)
FRNT (redundancy protocol for Switch)
Modbus TCP/IP
Ethernet IP
IEC61850/MMS
IEC60870-5-104
OPC UA
It´s mostly Schneider Electric products communicating on the network, but the Switches used are these:
Westermo - RedFox-5728-F16G-T12G-HVHV
