The terminal nuts should be tighten at 50 Nm.
I some cases the nuts are blocked into the terminal cages and starts spinning (see pictures in document). The Torque wrench is calibrated , so we are sure that we use the correct torque
Does anyone run into the same problem ?

hello Peeters,
I'm afraid it have an issue on your product, could you please ask your vendor to make a TEX on BFO , It's important for us to analyze the reason of this problem.
Anyway, I would advise you to adapt am first all the breaker (trip unit, Trim cover and auxiliaries) and fixe the breaker inside the pannel before to connect terminals. Product is not studying to be fixed on a vice
Thanks
Best regards

Hi Peeters,
Very occasionally. The insert nuts pressed into the rear of the NSX400 or 630 MCCB's can become bound up with the fixing is applied which can turn the captive nut which will round the hole.
We found that we have given our holes a nice clearance fit in the copperwork. this has alleviated the problem and only have an occurrence every few years. It does pay however to keep a few spare nuts and inserts in stock to use as spares.
