Could you please find attached.

We have downloaded the following Schneider app and attempted to scan the QR code of this RCCB breaker, but we are not receiving any information for this QR code. Is this product original.?
Apart from that, there is no QR code printed on the RCCB packaging box. (see attached)

We have scanned some MPCB breakers through it, and all their information opens up in the app, such as the European article number and their serial number. (see attached)
but when we scan the QR code of this RCCB breaker, we do not get that information. Please advise us.
