Good morning all,
I'm looking at a project for a customer which i need to connect to Facility Expert to give WAGES metering information.
Previously i would have used a COM'X 210 to monitor all inputs as:
1. Electrical metering information via RS485.
2. Water/Gas/Steam via pulsed/4-20mA inputs.
Looking into the information on the new Panel Server there seems to be only a couple of digital inputs available which would somewhat limit the inputs that we can use. That is unless i am misreading things.
Can anyone please confirm/advise the spec on the Panel Servers? Information in the UK is very scarce at the moment.

Hi @Berkhof . @Peter_Hall ,
Indeed, the PowerTag Control range of wireless IOs is not supported by PAS yet. It is on the roadmap and planned for v1.6 release.
Panel Server does not offer onboard analog inputs at all. The PASx00L versions of the gateway (24 V DC supply) offer two onboard digital inputs which can be used for WAGES monitoring - they support pulse metering. Please note that today (v1.3.2) you need to use EcoStruxure Power Commission software to configure these DIs:
@Peter_Hall , please note that current release (v1.3.2) does not support Facility Expert connection yet. Facility Expert Energy will be supported with v1.4 and Facility Expert Operations support is planned for v1.5.
Hope this helps, kind regards.

Hi @Peter_Hall,
It is correct that the Panelserver has 2 digital inputs.
We had the same challenge and solved it by using a PM5570 for the main measurement. This has 2x an analog input.
Kind regards,
John

Hi @Peter_Hall,
The PowerTag C IO ( A9XMC1D3 ) and the PowerTag C 2DI ( A9XMC2D3 ) worked with the PowerTag Link. The PowerTag Link will be replaced by the Panelserver. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get them to work on the Panelserver yet. Probably a firmware update is needed for the Panelserver.
Kind regards,
John
