Multi9 Circuit Breaker Wire Connections

Why is the Multi9 CB only able to accept 1 wire connection? The screw connection accepts a wire between 18 and 4AWG. Typically a screw connection has been usable with multiple wires as long as the cross section of the combined wires is less than the cross section for the largest wire gauge.

The multi9 C60BP circuit breaker allows 2 wire connections so this information is incorrect.
