Micrologic 6A unit trips continuously

I have a customer who has a 1000A MCB with Micrologic 6A installed.  The circuit has two 60kW, DC fast chargers operating in a 4 wire configuration, including neutral at 480V, 3 phase.  We cannot charge anything at this time as the unit trips every time.  We removed grounds at the charger, configured as a 3 wire and still the MCB trips.  We were advised that systems without a neutral do not require GFPE.  Any ideas how to resolve this?
