Good morning everyone,
Thought i would try and tap into the wealth of knowledge that is available on this site.
We have been testing an MTZ ACB before despatching the unit to a customer. We ran EPC and carried out a firmware update. However the ACB went into Boot Mode after the firmware update and will not come out. We have tried to re-boot via EPC without success. Luckily one of SE PAE's were at a meeting with us yesterday and they looked at it and could not get it out of Boot Mode.
We do have a warranty replacement on express order from France at present. However, if anyone has any suggestions so that we can deliver the pillar on time it would be much appreciated.
Best regards,
Peter Hall.

Hi Peter,
Sorry to hear about these troubles. I suggest to log a case with CCC and attach EPC logs so that we can analyze the root cause of failure.
Apart from that, I could not get you any specific actions to recover the situation.
Thanks,
Aditya
