Link my EVlink Smart Wallbox to Our OCPP Platform

Hi,

We have been working on this charging station to add it to our OCPP platform, but all our attempts lead nowhere, we have read all the related documents, and note that the module we have has no modem, so we connect it to an external internet connection, below is our OCPP configuration, can anyone share his experience in this matter, please?

Can you contact the Customer care center and create a ticket ? Please attache the maintenance report of the charging station.

Hi Louis,

I found the issue, I was using secured protocol assuming the unit supports it (wss://), but actually, I should have used (ws://) instead.
