Hi,

We have been working on this charging station to add it to our OCPP platform, but all our attempts lead nowhere, we have read all the related documents, and note that the module we have has no modem, so we connect it to an external internet connection, below is our OCPP configuration, can anyone share his experience in this matter, please?

Hi Louis,

I found the issue, I was using secured protocol assuming the unit supports it (wss://), but actually, I should have used (ws://) instead.

Thanks for your concern.

Hello

If you want some meters values between the start and the stop transaction requests, you have to set the MeterValueSampleInterval and the MeterValuesSampledData with the measurands needed.

Please check the OCPP guide : https://www.se.com/fr/fr/download/document/GEX1969200/

Best regards

Louis

Hi Louis, the EVlink pro AC is connected to our backend and the charger is initiating the charging session with the app authorization, but it is not giving any meter after the charger initiated the charging session. If we check the CPO logs once the charging initiated it give only heartbeat.
