Hello!
I receive an error message when I tried to install Ecodial.
Any suggestion?

The situation that you have faced, may be due to the 'SESU - Schneider Electric Software Update Utility'.
The same was getting installed along with the (EPD) EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial.
This may be a temporary issue and might have got resolved by itself.
Can you please try installing the EPD-Ecodial? and confirm that you are able to install the application successfully.

i am getting error massages when running Ecodail , download completed though
first error disappear fast from screen , second one is captured by attachment - then software shuts off

Thank you for reaching out to us.
By attaching your screenshot, it seems to be related to a .NET activation issue.
Please follow the procedure below to rectify:
.NET framework activation:
Step 1: go to windows> control panel>get programs> turn windows feature ON or OFF
Step2: make sure that the box against the .NET 3,5 is checked as below
Step 3: restart the system and reinstall EPD Ecodial
This should resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after the above actions, please share the log files with us for further analysis.

Please find the below procedure to resolve "Error 1935"
Step 1: Clear the Log
-
Open an Administrator Command Prompt:
- Right-click on Start.
- Navigate to All Programs > Accessories.
- Select Command Prompt and choose "Run as Administrator."
- Click "Allow" for the elevation prompt.
-
Enter the Command:
- In the command prompt, type the following command:
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\\
- Note: This assumes that Windows 10 & 11 is installed on the C: drive. If it is on another drive (e.g., 😧), please change the drive letter accordingly.
- In the command prompt, type the following command:
-
Reboot the System.
-
Install the Software and Check.
Step 2: Run the Installer as Administrator
- Right-click on Install.exe.
- Select "Run as Administrator." Following these steps may resolve the issue. If it persists, we will arrange a meeting to analyze in your PC and address the issue further.

I wanted to inform you that the live update for INT 5.3.1 is now active.
Additionally, both INT 5.2.0 and INT 5.3.0 are now pointing to INT 5.3.1. You can use this latest version without any issues.
