I get a message that my access is disables and to contact the site administrator.  The SE IT help desk sent me here.  I'm hoping someone can help me.  If I hit the "forgot my password" button it never sends me an email, and If I hit the "not a member?" button and fill out the form, it says I already have an account.  I set up my account sometime back, but have never been able to login.
