Dear Community,
I would like to connect a scanner to pair a lot of PowerTag to many SmartLink device before the commissing in our Custemer's infrastructure.
I bought a scanner Zebra DS3608 and I tried to connect this scanner to EPC. I scanned the Code Bar to pair the scanner but it doesn't work? I've the following message: "Failed to connect to scanner. Please try again"
I didn't find anything about this topics in the user guide or on Exchange
must I change the COM port on my computer? is there another configuration to do?
Could you help me please?
Drivers and pilot are up to date.

Hello
First of all, I confirm that the scanner DS3608 bought is compatible with EPC.
I recommend you to test it in another USB port in your computer. or on another computer with EPC installed
If you haven't success, please contact our local technical support to find a solution.
Best regards
