Event setting for Power demand threshold on Ecostruxure Facility Expert Energy?

Let's share you some background information:

1. we are using multiple Com'X 510 with Acti9 PowerTag Link HD to connect multiple PowerTag/PowerTag Rope (A9MEM1590/A9MEM1560, etc)
2. In the EVENTS page on FE, we set the alert and alarm for Power demand threshold (KW).
3. Whenever the PowerTag records that the equipment's power demand is over the threshold, it will pop-up an alert/alarm email to us.

My question is that:

1. If the equipment's power demand is over the threshold, it pops-up an alert/alarm. However, the situation that is sport period of over-current rapidly, it may not pop-up an alert/alarm again. So what is the exactly period for the FE to re-sent an new alert/alarm? Or may I set the period of sending out the notification manually?
2. For example, I set the alert at 175Wh and alarm at 225Wh in the photo, it should be pop-up an email rapidly in a day. So can I change the frequency to send out the notification?
