Error while updating firmware on EVlink Wallbox

Hi,

Trying to update from FW 3101 to 3303 on a EVLINK Wallbox.

Have an issue when logging on to the wallbox via IP and browser, the page just refreshes and goes back to log in page. When doing the same via SBO Workstation, it works just fine. But the customer dont have access to SBO.

I thought the solution was to upgrade firmware.

Hello,

You can't install directly the latest firmware. 

1. You have to install first the R6 firmware : https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_enDocType=Software+-+Hotfix+%26+Patch&p_File_Name=EV...
2. Reboot
3. And after install the latest firmware R7 : https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_Archive_Name=MFR4341700.zip&p_enDocType=Software%20-...
4. Reboot
