Dear Expert
We perform installation new EPC version 3.28 (latest version) and connect with service interface, we perform checking wiring correctly and LED show green color and found port as device manager
However, we open EPC, program find port as picture below
Then, we perform click find devices, the result show that do not found any devices.
However, we have connect direct to another device such as MTZ, it found device and working normally, but if we use service interface for NW16 N1 test (Micrologic 6.0A), we found problem mention above. we perform try to uninstall and re-installation once, it still not found any devices when use service interface.
If you have solution for solve this problem, please let me know.
